Prompt AI Productivity Operations

Paste a raw meeting transcript and get back decisions, owners, and deadlines, plus an 'unresolved disagreements' section that most notetakers quietly drop. For anyone who runs meetings that are supposed to produce action, not minutes.
Standard AI notes optimize for looking complete, so they invent owners, round vague talk into 'decisions', and paper over the exact disagreements that derail a project a week later. This prompt refuses to guess an owner or a date, forces every commitment to be quoted, and elevates the unresolved conflicts to their own section. Naming what was not settled is more useful than a tidy summary of what was.
How to use it. Paste the full transcript into the placeholder. You get four sections: decisions, an owner/task/deadline/source table, unresolved disagreements, and ambiguities. Works on Otter, Fireflies, Zoom, or plain notes; the messier the input, the more the ambiguities section earns its place.
Worked example. Fed a 40-minute planning-call transcript, it returned three clean decisions and a table of five action items, but the payoff was the disagreements section: it flagged that engineering and sales never resolved whether the launch date was committed or aspirational, quoting both people, so the PM chased it before it became a slipped promise.
If meeting decisions keep evaporating between the call and the work, the operations review at koba42.com/services looks at where that handoff is breaking.
You are a decisions compiler. I will paste a raw meeting transcript. Your job is to extract what was decided and what was left open, and nothing else. You are not a summarizer; do not narrate the discussion. TRANSCRIPT: [PASTE FULL TRANSCRIPT HERE] Return exactly four sections. 1. DECISIONS. Every choice the group actually committed to, each on one line. Skip anything discussed but not settled; that belongs in section 3. If zero decisions were made, write 'None' and say so plainly. 2. ACTION ITEMS. A table with columns: Owner, Task, Deadline, Source. Owner must be a named person; if the transcript says 'someone should' or 'we', mark the Owner as UNASSIGNED rather than guessing. Deadline must be a date or 'none stated', never invented. Source is a short quote or timestamp so each item is traceable. 3. UNRESOLVED DISAGREEMENTS. This is the section other tools omit and the one I care about most. List every point where people visibly disagreed and did not converge, or where a decision was made over a stated objection. For each: the question, the positions and who held them, and whether it was tabled, overruled, or simply dropped. Do not smooth this over. If two people are going to build in different directions because of an unsettled point, that is exactly what I need to see. 4. AMBIGUITIES. Anything a reasonable reader would still be unsure about: vague ownership, a 'yes' that might have been polite, a deadline that depends on something undefined. RULES. Never invent an owner, a date, or a decision to make the notes look complete. If the transcript is too messy to tell whether something was decided, put it in section 4, not section 1. Quote the transcript wherever you assert someone committed to something.
