A peer-to-peer gaming platform on the Chia blockchain: real games, real stakes, no house. Players wager XCH head-to-head with on-chain settlement and zero rake, now live in closed beta at arcade21games.com.
The challenge
Real-money games without an operator in the middle: no custodian holding funds, no house taking a cut. Fairness, settlement, and dispute resolution have to come from the protocol itself.
Our approach
Arcade21 builds the consumer platform (lobby, matchmaking, game rooms, leaderboards, and game UIs) on Chia's open-source state-channel gaming protocol, with Chialisp smart coins securing every wager peer-to-peer.

The challenge
Generic AI image tools make pretty quilt pictures that cannot actually be sewn, and traditional quilt-design software is expensive, desktop-only, and hard to learn. Quilters needed construction-accurate patterns, not art.
Our approach
Frog & Thread generates construction-accurate line work: closed piecing sections, preserved cutting labels, geometry measured in inches, and multi-page tiled PDFs with registration marks that align when printed at home. No install, any Mac or PC.

A consumer AI app that turns a description of a friend into a performed comedy roast. Describe them, pick the intensity, and two AI comedians deliver the roast as shareable audio. Built for friends who are in on the joke, live on the web and iOS at haraas.koba42.com.
The challenge
Text-to-speech reads words, it does not perform. Making AI genuinely funny, with comic timing, distinct personas, and a back-and-forth between two comedians, is a harder problem than generating a paragraph, and doing it responsibly means keeping it consensual and good-natured.
Our approach
HaRaaS pairs a comedy-writing model with a two-voice performance pipeline: a scripted bit between two AI comedians, an intensity dial from mild to savage, and voice synthesis tuned for delivery, packaged as audio you can send. Shipped as a native iOS app and on the web.
